2023年6月，新西兰黑斯廷斯市政厅及霍克斯湾教育推广局一行7人到达浙江省宁海县，并于宁海县教育局签署了友好合作协议。宁海县副县长，宁海教育局局长携宁海各学校校长均参加了此次教育交流会议，并制定了下一步的合作计划。
In June 2023, a delegation of seven from the Hastings City Council and Learning Hawke's Bay arrived in Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, and signed a friendly cooperation agreement with the Ninghai County Education Bureau. The Deputy County Magistrate of Ninghai County, the Director of Ninghai Education Bureau, and principals from various schools in Ninghai all attended the educational exchange meeting and formulated the next cooperation plan.
